The number of children and young people assessed as requiring a place at a specialist education provision in the Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole area has increased in recent years and more places More…

The number of children and young people assessed as requiring a place at a specialist education provision in the Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole area has increased in recent years and more places are needed.

A range of projects have been developed to create new provision to meet the needs of these pupils, closer to where they live. Find out more about projects that are being consulted on:

Longspee School -  satellite unit (ends 21 July)
Manorside Academy - resource base (ends 21 July)
Broadstone Middle School - resource base (ends 21 July)
Somerford Primary School - reduction in planned admission numbers to enable development of satellite unit (ends 25 June)
