Baiter Recreation Ground

Baiter Recreation Ground is a a great spot to be exposed to the elements of the harbour entrance which can blow away those cob webs. It is a popular spot for kiting and cycling, and hosts a skate park and fitness stations for those who want to get active.
The skatepark is the oldest and largest wheeled play area with mental ramps in Poole. Its perfect for use with micro-scooters, skateboards, in-line skates and BMX bikes for users of all ages and abilities. A youth shelter providers some protection during rainy spells and seating for those who want to spectate.
The fitness station is situated near the public slipway adjacent to the promenade. It offers differing excercise options for people of all abilities and ages looking to get fit and enjoy the outdoors. The equipment is free to use and designed for people aged 14 and over.
Car parking and toilet facilties are available to the public. The location hosts a number of community events throughout the year.
