Baby Yoga offers many benefits to the baby, including:

Quality time spent with parent; Induces deep relaxation. In one session, the baby is given as much physical activity as if they were handled and carried all day. Yoga helps to heal any birth trauma.

Toddler Yoga and Children's yoga gives children the chance to:

Learn how to manage their behaviour through the use of the postures learnt and develop their flexibility and suppleness in a fun way.

Pregnancy and Post-Natal Yoga is offered as a relaxing way to improve your flexibility and well-being. Postures are adapted for your comfort and ability.

All courses are available in local venues or offered privately in the comfort of your own home.

Mindfulness classes teach children and adults how to manage their behaviour and emotions and live in the present.
