Festival of Wellbeing logo

Festival of Wellbeing is a free, family friendly community event taking place at Boscombe Chine Gardens. Organised by BCHA, the festival brings together a wide range of local organisations from the Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole (BCP) area to promote mental health, physical wellbeing and community connection.

Visitors can enjoy a variety of interactive activities, including yoga, dance sessions, circus skills, face glitter, hair braiding and wellbeing workshops, alongside information stalls from local charities and support services such as Access Wellbeing, Bournemouth Foodbank and Steps to Wellbeing.

The alcohol-free event is designed for all ages and is based around key wellbeing themes such as connecting with others, staying active, learning new skills and practising mindfulness. It aims to encourage healthier lifestyles while showcasing the wide range of support available within the local community.
