Community Engagement - Young Adult Ranger Work Experience at Arts by the Sea

Community Engagement - Young Adult Ranger Work Experience at Arts by the Sea logo

Are you 16-25 years-old and looking for work experience in an environmental role, something to add to your CV, or a career change to a green job?

The Parks Foundation are delivering free sessions for young adults, teaching green skills in parks across Bournemouth, Christchurch, and Poole - no prior experience needed. With varied sessions available, develop a range of skills at our different events.

In this session, you will be supporting The Parks Foundation at Bournemouth Arts by the Sea festival. You will be assisting us in the running of a stand, where you will be helping visitors be creative with willow, make autumnal crowns with natural materials, and talking about what we do as an organisation and wider nature conservation.

This is a successful event with many people attending every year, so be ready to adapt and engage with a range of people.

Please dress appropriately for the weather and wear sturdy footwear.
