Habitat Management - Young Adult Ranger Work Experience in Christchurch

Habitat Management - Young Adult Ranger Work Experience in Christchurch logo

Are you 16 to 25 years old and looking for work experience in an environmental role, something to add to your CV, or a career change to a green job?

The Parks Foundation are delivering free sessions for young adults, teaching green skills in parks across Bournemouth, Christchurch, and Poole, no prior experience needed. With varied sessions available, develop a range of skills at our different events.

In this session, you will be working alongside the Christchurch Ranger Team to clear vegetation to maintain the habitat for wildlife . This is great opportunity to meet Countryside Rangers and talk to them about their career paths and what they do in their day to day roles. You will also experience first hand some of the jobs that countryside rangers do.

EXACT LOCATION TBC - we will update you closer to the time as to where in Christchurch the event will be held.

To register your interest and gain full access, or if you have any questions, contact us on: ranger@parksfoundation.org.uk - booking is required.

Please dress appropriately for the weather and wear sturdy footwear.
