Are you 16-25 years-old and looking for work experience in an environmental role, something to add to your CV, or a career change to a green job?
The Parks Foundation are delivering free sessions for young adults, teaching green skills in parks across Bournemouth, Christchurch, and Poole - no prior experience needed. With varied sessions available, develop a range of skills at our different events.
In this session, you will be supporting The Parks Foundation in preparing for Bournemouth Arts by the Sea festival. Learn how to use willow to weave and sculpt, and help us to create a large willow hand. Willow is a versitile natural resource that can also be used within a nature reserve for fencing, gardening, and sculpting.
Please dress appopriately for the weather and wear sturdy footwear.
