From age 6 and over. Please make sure the Children wear a leotard or close fitting top and Leggings or Joggers (No crop tops please) Class done in bare feet or grippy socks Hair up please and no jewellery Please bring a water bottle and a snack for break time (no peanuts or chocolate please)
