Rookie Lifeguards:

This exciting course will be taken by RLSS Young Lifesaver of the year, Rupert Smith.

You will learn the key skills of a lifeguard in a fun and exciting programme of activities. Candidates will learn effective water rescue techniques, first aid, CPR, along with a host of other essential lifesaving skills.

PLUS Rookie Lifeguards SWIM FOR FREE at the centre any time during the public programme.

Rookies must be ages 8+ and be of ASA Stage 5 or above.
