Fledglings Pre-School is a Teacher led, school based Pre-School, which offers an inclusive, nurturing provision for all children to flourish. Our vision is to provide a warm and inspiring setting where every unique child is valued, supported and encouraged to thrive. We believe that children learn best through positive relationships and in enabling environments that promote curiosity, confidence and independence. Through high-quality, play-based learning rooted in the Characteristics of Effective Learning, we support children to explore, investigate, create and problem-solve, ensuring strong foundations for learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage. Our practice reflects a clear ethos of helping children to be ready to learn, respectful towards others, and safe around the setting, empowering them to become happy, resilient and capable learners who develop a lifelong love of learning.
