Our Poole centre is situated opposite the Tesco store on Poole Road. The centre is bright and airy and is set over 2 floors, with 2 dedicated sensory rooms, a large free flow outdoor area and large playroom. The centre was opened in September 2025 to provide additional support to the local area following the success of our Bournemouth centre.
Our specialist team deliver learn through play sessions to accelerate the development of children in the area who are identified as having SEND. Children are referred to the centre by a system that goes to the local authority panel; click here to complete the Early Years SEND Request for Support form.
The centre is fully resourced and accessible to children with a range of needs and is supported by 2 Family Support Workers who will be actively supporting both centre families and others within the community who need assistance and direction to respond to their child’s needs.
The centre is equipped with sensory resources, communication aids and visuals, specialist equipment, and a welcoming and inclusive environment to support the childrens’ diverse needs. Alongside a specialist team trained to provide tailored support, this ensures that every child gets the best start and reaches their full potential.

At Dingley’s Promise, we support children in the early years with SEND to achieve their full potential. For parents and teachers, we provide additional support, working closely with families to understand their unique challenges and barriers.
Through our specialised practices, we aim to:
Understanding the needs of our early years children has never been more important. From perfecting motor skills to deepening emotional engagement, every child must be supported in reaching their full potential. That’s why we’ve tailored SEND support services to fulfil the specific needs of our early years children. We actively promote collaboration through SEN support groups, where families can connect, share experiences, and provide mutual encouragement. Our commitment to working with families and offering a nurturing environment makes us a trusted partner in every child’s early learning journey.
We value the importance of understanding areas of difficulty as well as creating targeted interventions and activities to overcome them. With this approach, we ensure that our youngest learners are equipped with the necessary tools to reach their highest potential.
