The PACT website provides advice and support to families who have come into contact with the Criminal Justice System. We understand it can be a difficult and often distressing time. We offer information and support from arrest through to release and beyond.

The PACTHelpline is operated by the Prison Advice and Care Trust under contract to Her Majesty's Prison and Probation Service and provides information and support for families across England and Wales. Pact is a national charity which provides support to prisoners, people with convictions and their families. We support people to make a fresh start, and minimise the harm that can be caused by imprisonment to people who have committed offences, to families and to communities.
