Play Therapy is an effective approach for children who struggle with their emotional and mental health. It can help with mild to severe issues such as low self esteem, lack of focus, friendships issues, anxiety, grief, loss,adoption, fostering, behavioural problems, abuse and trauma.
I can work at private setting or at child's school. It will depend on severity of child's presenting issues how many sessions they will need, minimum 12-16 sessions.
Play Therapy uses children's natural form of communication which is play and creative arts.
