Are you 16 to 25 years-old and looking for work experience in an environmental role, something to add to your CV, or a career change to a green job?
The Parks Foundation are delivering free sessions for young adults, teaching green skills in parks across Bournemouth, Christchurch, and Poole - no prior experience needed. With varied sessions available, develop a range of skills at our different events.
To celebrate all of your hard work so far, this session is a chance to learn from the BCP Heathland Mitigation Rangers about what their work entails on the heath such as preventing erosion, seach for the elusive night jars with experts, and spend some time together with your fellow young adult rangers.
A great chance to network, reflect on the work you've put in, and celebrate the experience you've gained.
Wearing sturdy footwear is essential. Please dress approiately for the weather and some hard work - we will be heading off of the path so trousers are recommended.
This event is for those who have previously attended our Ranger Work Experience sessions. You will be issued with an event specific password, if you have attended enough sessions.
