Tree Planting - Young Adult Ranger Work Experience at Jumpers Common

Tree Planting - Young Adult Ranger Work Experience at Jumpers Common logo

Are you 16 to 25 years-old and looking for work experience in an environmental role, something to add to your CV, or a career change to a green job?

The Parks Foundation are delivering free sessions for young adults, teaching green skills in parks across Bournemouth, Christchurch, and Poole, no prior experience needed. With varied sessions available, develop a range of skills at our different events.

In this session, join young rangers from the New Forest National Parks Authority in planting some native trees. You will learn names and key identifying features of some trees. You will also gain knowledge in what is important when planting in a public space and recreational areas.

This session will be hard work, but rewarding. Please dress appropriately for the weather and wear sturdy footwear.
