Our free online Support Check takes around 2–3 minutes and uses household circumstances to identify potential benefits, council support, energy and water bill help, charitable grants and other cost-of-living assistance.

Users receive personalised results showing support that may be worth checking and can use My Support to keep their opportunities organised and understand what to do next.

The Support Check and personalised results are free to use.
