Reason 4 Being is a creative mentoring service based in Westbourne that offers a mixture of creative activities, meditation, coaching and mentoring to support children and young people. 

We work with children and young people aged aged 8-21 who struggle with low self-esteem, confidence & anxiety.

Our goal is to provide early intervention for those young people to help them grow into confident, resilient, self-assured and thriving adults. 

Please note we have a therapy dog in sessions.
