We provide neurodiversity consulting, recruitment and employment support to employers and individuals with dyslexia, dyspraxia, ADHD and autism.

The support is available online across the UK, so people in your area can access it regardless of location. This includes free career coaching, CV support, mentoring, online workshops, a neurodiverse jobs board, Access to Work support and workplace needs assessments.

The organisation supports people with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia, dyscalculia, Tourette’s syndrome and other neurodivergences, with lived experience forming an important part of how support is delivered.

Exceptional Individuals is also a Level 3 Disability Confident Leader under the UK Government’s Disability Confident scheme.
