Visably - Free Devices for Children and Young People in Dorset

Visably - Free Devices for Children and Young People in Dorset logo

Together we get life-changing technology into the hands of people living with sight loss and build confidence that changes everything.

We currently have dedicated funding available to support children and young people living with sight loss in Dorset, and we are keen to make sure this reaches families who could benefit.

The funding is not restricted to one particular product. This means we can provide a device from our wider range based on what would be most useful and appropriate for the individual child or young person.

Our range includes accessible audio equipment and technology designed to support things such as:

  • Listening to books, music and radio
  • Accessing information and entertainment independently
  • Learning and education
  • Developing confidence with technology
  • Independence at home and in everyday life
