BCP Lifeline Services

BCP Lifeline is a telecare service providing personal alarms. We support people to live independently at home. Pressing the button on your wearable BCP Lifeline pendant connects you to support 24/7.

Should you need help or reassurance, press the button to connect to an operator, who will talk with you and arrange the help you need.

We are owned and operated by BCP Council, TSA accredited, and the service has been running for over 30 years.

We are available to anyone who would benefit from the peace of mind having a pendant brings, from young adults to the elderly.

We are local to you, and we offer:

monitoring or monitoring with a mobile response service where we come to you
we install, maintain and respond to you from our base within the BCP area
we also supply and install key safes, smoke and carbon monoxide monitors
we supply fall detectors.

The cost of the service will vary depending on your needs and type of service you require. Monitoring service - starts from £7.00 per week. Monitoring with mobile service - starts from £10.00 per week.

If we supply the response service we need to be able to reach your home within 45 minutes.
