The annual special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) survey is an opportunity to hear about experiences of SEND support and EHCPs, whether in school / college, healthcare or in the community. We use the views from parents, carers, children and young people in the Bournemouth Christchurch and Poole (BCP) area to help us improve and develop SEND services across education, health and care.

In 2024 we received 149 responses to the annual survey. Find out more about what we have done in response to previous surveys.

There are two surveys, please select the most relevant:

• Survey for parents and carers of children / young people accessing SEND support and EHCPs

The SEND values of culture and co-production were developed with families and young people, and set out how we should behave and work.
