Untapped Art Therapy at Christchurch Family Hub logo

This welcoming, creative group is designed for young people who may be experiencing anxiety, low mood, isolation, stress, neurodiversity, difficulties with school attendance, or who are simply finding things hard at the moment. The group offers a safe, relaxed space where young people can:

  • Get creative and explore a range of art materials
  • Meet others in a supportive, non-judgemental environment
  • Build confidence, wellbeing and self-expression
  • Take part without any pressure to talk or have artistic skills

No previous art experience is needed, and the group is free to attend. The sessions will be facilitated by a qualified HCPC-registered Art Psychotherapist, supported by a trainee assistant, and all materials will be provided.
