Child details not found on the portal

Please note that there is a 24-hour delay between information being added to our system and appearing on the portal. Use the child/young person synergy ID number when requesting access which can be found on the letters you have received from us.

Can I view the EHCP on the portal?

To receive a digital or paper copy please email EHCNA@bcpcouncil.gov.uk.

Can I upload extra evidence to support EHCNA request?

Send additional evidence via email to EHCNA@bcpcouncil.gov.uk.

EHCP portal stages not updating

The stages will update automatically once completed and any further queries email EHCNA@bcpcouncil.gov.uk.

Can my child/young person’s allocated EHCCO contact me?
