We did: Head of Service for School Planning and Admissions leading on school place sufficiency planning in 2025.
SEND Communication and Service Standards Charter co-produced with Parent Carers Together (PCT), Parent Carer Foundation (PCF), NHS and SENDiass. Following the SEND Team restructure, a refresh of the charter is required with the team. Head of Service re-circulated the charter via email January 2025. This will be an agenda item at the next SEND Team meeting with follow up dip samples conducted by Assistant Team Managers to ensure this is embedded.

Teams Booking App allows parents, carers, young people and settings to book an appointment directly with their EHCCO.
Focused Thematic Reviews now taking place quarterly to give deeper insight to multi-agency cases. Reviews involve education, health and care in order to share learning across services.

Survey said: Too many children and young people have experienced bullying. Of those who experienced bullying, over half did not receive any help.
We did: Review of setting anti-bullying policies conducted in collaboration with SEND Youth Ambassador.
Exemplar policies and guidance produced. To be shared with settings so that all settings have published a good anti-bullying policy.
Survey said: 50% of Children and Young People do not know where they can get careers advice.
